The Notice of Solicitation of Applications (NOSA) has been issued below for the 2027 ARC/GOA Area Development fund Pre-Application process. This program is intended to serve as gap financing for projects that meet the goals and strategies of ARC and GOA for building the region’s businesses, workforce, infrastructure, cultural/tourism/natural assets, and community leaders & capacity.

Pre-applications will be accepted beginning on March 2, 2026, with the deadline being April 15, 2026, at 4 PM. All completed documents should be submitted electronically to:
