The 2026 ARC/GOA Area Development fund Pre-Application process is now open! This program is intended to serve as gap financing for projects that meet the goals and strategies of ARC and GOA for building the region’s businesses, workforce, infrastructure, cultural/tourism/natural assets, and community leaders & capacity.

The deadline for receiving pre-applications is April 14, 2025, at 4p.m. All completed documents should be submitted electronically to:
